3.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by Spiritualitee and manufacturer Shirtee, and we may reject or cancel any order at our discretion, including in the event of incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent behavior.
3.2 The contract for the sale of products or services between you and Spiritualitee will only be finalized once the production order is confirmed via email or an equivalent communication.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices are listed in Euro and are subject to change without notice. Any price adjustments will be reflected on the product pages prior to purchase.
4.2 Payment must be made at the time of purchase through the available payment methods on our website.
4.3 You agree to promptly settle any outstanding amounts, and failure to do so may result in cancellation of your order.
4.4 We use Mollie as our trusted third-party payment processor to securely handle all online transactions. By placing an order, you agree that your payment details will be processed by Mollie in accordance with their terms and privacy policies. 5. Shipping and Delivery

5.2 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Spiritualitee is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or other external factors.
5.3 Ownership of the product passes to you upon delivery. You assume all responsibility for the products once they have been delivered.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 You may return items within 14 days of receiving them, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
6.2 Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and stickers intact. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.
6.3 Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6.4 Custom or personalized products are non-returnable.
6.5 If you intentionally misuse the return policy (e.g., buying for short-term use and returning after wear), we reserve the right to refuse future returns and take appropriate legal action.
