Our policy lasts 14 days. This 14-day period begins the day after you (or a third party designated by you) receive your product. If you wish to return an item, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase within this 14-day window. Once you have notified us, you have an additional 14 days to actually send the product back to us.

 

During the cooling-off period, you shall handle the product and its packaging with care. You shall only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product (similar to how you would inspect an item in a physical store).

  • If the product is returned in its original condition and packaging, you will receive a full refund.
  • If the product has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to evaluate it, you are liable for any diminished value.
    In such cases, we may deduct a percentage of the refund to cover the loss in value.

The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized products: Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., personalized T-shirts).

  • Perishable goods: Products that deteriorate quickly or have a limited shelf life.

  • Hygiene products: Items not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene where the seal has been broken after delivery (e.g., specific health and personal care items).

  • Sealed Audio/Video/Software: Where the seal has been broken after delivery.

  • Products that, by their nature, are irrevocably mixed with other items after delivery.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, our manufacturer will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping returns

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but understand that there are sometimes reasons to return a product. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Note: If you return your entire order, we will refund your original shipping costs (the costs you paid to have the item sent to you). If you only return part of an order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
