Our newest Spirituali-Tee design puts it in a picture: a city park at sunset, people gathered around a bench, one offering a bowl of food to another, a blossom tree glowing pink overhead. “Be Kind” sits above the scene, “& Meet Kindness” below. Nothing preachy, just an evening where people look after each other.
Why this phrase
Most of us have noticed it without putting it into words: the day you hold a door, share your umbrella or let someone go first in the queue tends to be the day strangers are a little warmer back. Kindness is rarely a straight trade. It is more like weather. When enough people bring a bit of warmth, the whole street feels it.
That is what the picture is about. The people in the park are not heroes. They are sharing what they have, on an ordinary evening, and the light seems to reward them for it.
