Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

During the cooling-off period, you shall handle the product and its packaging with care. You shall only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to establish whether you wish to keep the product. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you shall return the product with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by us.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Products that are made to your specifications, such as personalized T-shirts.
  • Products that deteriorate quickly or have a limited shelf life.
  • Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Products that, by their nature, are irrevocably mixed with other items after delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, our manufacturer will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping returns

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but understand that there are sometimes reasons to return a product. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
